Wickenburg Accessibility Statement
The Wickenburg Town Court is committed to providing accessible services to all citizens. This commitment is consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), a federal civil rights law that protects qualified persons with disabilities from discrimination. Under the law, the Wickenburg Town Court must ensure that its programs, services, and activities are readily accessible and usable by qualified persons with disabilities. As a public entity, the town will reasonably modify its policies, practices, and procedures to ensure the full participation of everyone.
Language Access Plan (LAP)
The Wickenburg Town Court is committed to responding to the language needs of Limited English Proficiency (LEP) persons and provides interpreters in all courtroom proceedings at no cost to all LEP court customers including witnesses, victims, parents, guardians, and family members of minors as well as any other person whose presence or participation is necessary or appropriate as determined by the judicial officer.
Our Language Access Plan explains the manner in which we conduct this important aspect of our operations as required by Arizona State Supreme Court Administrative Order Number 2011 - 96.
If an LEP court customer believes that meaningful access to the court was not provided to them, they may choose to file a complaint with the Wickenburg Town Court Language Access Plan Coordinator. Complaint forms are available upon request at the front counter, and are also available online by following the link provided.

El Tribunal de la ciudad de Wickenburg se ha comprometido a responder a las necesidades lingüísticas de las personas de dominio de inglés limitado (LEP) y proporciona intérpretes en todos los procedimientos de la corte sin costo para todos los clientes LEP del tribunal incluyendo testigos, víctimas y los padres, tutores y familiares de los menores así como cualquier otra persona cuya presencia o participación sea necesaria o apropiada según lo determine el oficial judicial.

Spanish language interpreter is available every 3rd Wednesday of the month; all other languages upon request. Please notify the court in advance if you will need an interpreter. (You can go to the Arizona Courts website to view forms in other languages to use as reference)
