Paying Your Bill

The Revenue Clerk is responsible for collecting all monies due to the Town. Payments for your monthly usage of electric, water, sewer, and sanitation services may be made in any of the following ways:

Automatic Payment - Monthly
Please complete and return the Direct Pay Application to Town Hall.

Online Payments

• Please Note: Online payments can take up to three business days before they post to your account.
• Past Due: If your account is past due, making a payment online is not a guarantee that your services will not be disconnected. In order to prevent being disconnected you will need to call us at (928) 684-5451 x1520 during regular business hours to make a credit card payment.
• Account Terminated: If your account has already been terminated, making a payment online will not restore your services. To find out how to reestablish service please call (928) 684-5451 x1520 during regular business hours.

After Hours Drop Box
The secure drop box is located in the front circle drive of Town Hall. This drop box is checked every morning, Monday - Thursday. The address is 155 N Tegner St., Wickenburg, AZ  85390.

Utility Assistance

The Wickenburg Town Council is providing support for a program to assist residents impacted by recent water and sewer rate increases. This has enabled the launch of a new program, administered by the Foundation for Senior Living (FSL), designed to provide financial assistance to qualified residents.
