Marriage Licenses

Looking for a place to obtain a marriage license? Come on into the Wickenburg Town Court! We are proud to announce that we are now offering marriage licenses. To obtain a license, you will need the following:

  • Both parties must be present
  • $102.00 fee ($98.00 Clerk of the Court Fee + $4.00 Local Clerk Processing Fee = $102.00 Total Fee). Money order, cashier’s check, or cash only.
  • Government-issued identification for each party. If a minor, a parent also has to be present with her/his ID.

Marriage licenses are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Wedding officiant services by the Town Magistrate are also available on Wednesdays only.

Fees

You can now pay $49.00 for a prepaid certified copy of your marriage license. ($35.50 Clerk of the Court Fee + $8.00 Postage and Mailing Fee + $5.50 Local Clerk Processing Fee = $49.00 Total Fee).

If military, pre-paid certified fee is $12 ($7 Clerk of the Court fee + $5 Local Clerk Processing Fee).

Licencia para Matrimonio en Español

Busca un lugar en donde obtener una licencia para matrimonio? ¡Venga a la oficina de la Corte de Wickenburg! Estamos orgullosos de anunciar el nuevo servicio de licencias de matrimonio. Usted necesita lo siguiente para obtener una:

  • La pareja necesitan estar los dos presentes
  • Cuota $102.00 ($98.00 departamento de licencias + $4.00 cuota para la corte local = $102.00 total). Por giro postal o efectivo.
  • Identificación emitida por el gobierno, para cada persona. Si son menores de edad, necesita uno de los padres presente con su identificación.

Cuotas

Cuota Prepagada para copia Certificada $49.00 ($35.50 departamento de licencias + $8.00 Sello y Correo + $5.50 cuota para la corte local = $49.00) Por giro postal o efectivo.

Este servicio es disponible de lunes, martes, y jueves de 7:30 am a 5:30 pm. Servicios de matrimonio por el juez están también disponibles solo los miercoles.
