The broad range of benefits provided by the Town of Wickenburg are an important part of a total compensation package. Since not everyone has the same needs, the Town's benefit plans allow an employee to select the plans and levels of coverage that are right for each individual/family. 

Health Package 

The Town of Wickenburg offers a variety of plans for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life (including supplemental). The Town pays 100% of the premium for medical, dental, and basic life for the employee and 70% for medical and dental for dependents. Employees hired into a 30+ hour position are covered by the Town's regular medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Insurance for these plans begins the first of the month after 30 days of Town employment.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program is a confidential resource that helps you deal with life's challenges and the demands that come with balancing home and work. EAP provides confidential, professional referrals and up to six (6) face-to-face counseling sessions for a wide variety of concerns. In addition they provide expert referrals and consultation for legal assistance, financial Assistance, and family assistance.
