Wahoos Swim Team

Swim Meet

Join the Wickenburg Wahoos Swim Team this summer! The Wahoos emphasizes teamwork, dedication, and fun. Swimmers will improve their skills in the four competitive strokes, make new memories, and learn good sportsmanship. The Wickenburg Wahoos Swim Team is a summer only swim team. Practice runs Tuesday - Thursday evenings, with swim meets taking place on Fridays at various locations. 

League Details

Fees: $50 per swimmer.

Age: 4 - 18 yrs 

Requirements: To participate in the Wahoos, swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted. Swim assessments will be given the first day of practice.

League Dates: May 27th - July 18th. Meets run Fridays from June 6th thru July 18th. Meets will rotate being held between the Wickenburg Municipal Pool, the Buckeye Aquatic Center, and the Litchfield Park Recreation Center Pool.

Location: Wickenburg Municipal Pool; 175 E Swilling Ave

New Wahoos must attend 1 day of tryouts from the days listed below:

4:00pm - 6:00pm at the Wickenburg Pool
Tuesday, May 13th OR
Wednesday, May 14th OR
Thursday, May 15th

Practice Schedule

Ages 4 - 8           Tuesday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Ages 9 - 14 Tuesday - Thursday 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Ages 15 - 18 Tuesday - Thursday 7:30 am - 8:30 am
