Strength and Balance Chair Aerobics

This is a functional aerobic workout that is done using a chair to either sit or use for balance.  Designed to be a challenging workout for everyone that will increase heart rate, build strength, and burn calories. Enjoy a variety of fun and upbeat music as you gain strength and balance. For an extra challenge, bring some light hand weights or resistance bands to class.
