3. What should I do if I have a code or ordinance complaint?

The Community Development and Neighborhood Services Department handles all code and ordinance enforcement issues. All complaints are investigated and if found to be in violation, they are issued a notice to abate the situation. All complaints can be made in person at Town Hall or by calling (928) 684-5451 x1575.

4. Do I need a permit to have a garage or yard sale?

Yes. Submit a completed yard sale application to Town Hall. This free permit is available at Town Hall or by clicking the link below. You are limited to five days per year. Drop off completed form to Town Hall or email to dcoughanour@wickenburgaz.gov. Call (928) 684-5451 x1575 with questions.

5. How can I schedule an inspection?

Inspections are only conducted during normal business hours, Monday - Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Inspections will not occur during observed holidays. Click the link below to schedule an inspection.
